Dr. Liam Leonard

Dr. Leonard is a Lecturer in Criminology at the University of Winchester in the UK. He has taught at universities in the US, Ireland and the UK over the years. Dr. Leonard is Editor of the IGI Criminology Book Series as well as a Member of the Laws Journal Editorial Board.
